Blue Islands is seeking to recruit additional members to join its Ground Services team at Jersey Airport
With over 900 flights per month, the Ground Services team is responsible for providing exceptional behind-the-scenes support to help the smooth running of our busy operation and ensure every customer enjoys our welcome difference on every flight.
On board catering & duty free
We will be soon relaunching our on board catering and duty free service. The Ground Services team will manage the delivery of this provision so our customers can enjoy an inflight drink and a snack or purchase duty free.
Aircraft presentation
Ensuring every customer experiences a high standard of cleanliness on board, together with consistent levels of external cleanliness for our fleet is a key responsibility of the Ground Services team.
Support
The Ground Services team will also support the wider operations team to ensure the smooth operation of our busy schedule.
You will need to be a confident communicator and able to manage priorities in this dynamic environment. We offer a competitive salary together with a benefits package, including staff travel, a generous holiday entitlement and life cover. These are full-time roles with a varied roster pattern. You will need to provide references to satisfy a 5-year background and criminal record check, in order to gain your airport security pass.
