Blue Islands is seeking a Safety Officer to join its Safety & Compliance team at Jersey Airport
With 100-strong team, five aircraft and 900 flights per month, covering the Channel Islands, UK and Europe, safety is our number one priority at all times. Together with managing and the Safety Management System and delivering the safety culture, which is embedded in the fabric of Blue Islands, the Safety Officer will conduct audits and investigations as part of our processes and procedures.
The Safety Officer will have exceptional communication skills and able to objectively and rationally analyse situations to identify and implement the correct course of action.
This full-time roll requires a safety related background, ideally in the aviation environment with previous auditing experience and a high degree of IT proficiency.
