Together with the global aviation community, we are experiencing supply chain challenges resulting in a shortage of aircraft components, this is causing significant delays to the release of aircraft to service following scheduled maintenance inputs.

Without full fleet availability, we have a lower capacity to mitigate unforeseen disruption which may arise. 

Our team is working tirelessly to return our fleet capacity and restore resilience.

In the meantime, we are ulitilising third-party operators to support the schedule, however regrettably there will be some planned schedule changes to some flights to provide operational resilience.

If your flight is affected, a notification will be sent to the email address provided in your booking to explain the change to your itinerary and provide the following options:

  1. Accept the change
  2. Choose alternative through manage my booking
  3. If you are unable to find a suitable alternative, we can explore other options
