Blue Islands survey seeks views on future air travel
Blue Islands has launched a survey to understand how we each feel about air travel, and when conditions allow, the factors that are likely to be important when choosing to fly again.
Rob Veron, CEO Blue Islands said,
Whilst we may not have been operating as normal over the recent weeks, we are using this time to review our entire offering, including a comprehensive evaluation of what our passengers want from Blue Islands as we look forwards. As part of this development process we are launching two surveys and would very much appreciate as many people as possible taking part.
The first survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete, seeks to understand peoples’ views and ideas on air travel when flying resumes. We would like to identify what factors will be important when people choose to fly again, and what will be the key reasons for travel. We are also seeking views on what additional steps we can take that will help enable passengers to begin flying again with peace of mind and confidence.
This will be followed by another survey next week focussing on how Blue Islands can shape its product and service offerings and make the experience the very best it can be as the airline develops its plans to re-launch.
Mr Veron added
We are proud to support the Government of Jersey with essential lifeline flights to and from Jersey and have already implemented a series of enhanced wellbeing measures as we plan and prepare to resume our flying schedule when the time is right. In the meantime, we would really appreciate invaluable feedback as we look forward to being able to travel with confidence again. Thank you from all of us at Blue Islands for the continued support.
