Can I check-in for all flights when from my departure airport?
When you check-in at your departure airport you will be provided with boarding cards for all flights for you itinerary and your hold luggage will be checked through to your final destination.
Will my hold luggage automatically be checked through to my final destination?
When you check-in at the departure airport, your hold luggage will be tagged through to your final destination.
We recommend that you use our airport check-in desks when travelling connecting to multiple flights to ensure you have all boarding cards for your travel. Here you will also be able to have your hold luggage checked through to your final destination.
How do I know which airline is operating my flights?
The operating airline will be shown during the booking process and on your confirmation.
What happens if I miss my connecting flight?
If your flight is delayed we will do our best to get to your connecting flight, if you do miss your connecting flight, please go to the Blue Islands or Loganair check-in desks and we will book you on the next available flight to your destination.
Will I have to change aircraft?
When connecting between Blue Islands and Loganair flights you will need to change aircraft, please follow airport signage and look for the gate for your next flight.
Which airlines will I fly with?
For flights to or from Guernsey, Jersey or Exeter will be operated by Blue Islands, for services to or from Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness and Newcastle will be operated by Loganair, the UK's largest regional airline.
