Head to the Clyde and discover a string of attractions along its banks, including the dramatic titanium-clad Glasgow Science Centre as well as the iconic Clyde Auditorium, not forgetting a multitude of restaurants and even a casino at Springfield Quay.

Ashton Lane

A locals favourite hang-out, Aston Lane is one of Glasgow’s best kept secrets. Hidden away in the city’s West End, this charming, picturesque cobbled street is laced with fairy lights and along it you will find a number of fantastic bars and restaurants, including the famous Ubiquitous Chip.

Music City Tour

The first UK city to be designated a UNESCO City of Music, Glasgow’s music scene is second to none! From the world’s oldest surviving music hall to the place that launched the career of Oasis; Glasgow’s musical heritage will astonish you.

Shopping Heaven

Glasgow’s shopping credentials are unparalleled – from designer labels, to high street picks, to quirky boutiques, the city serves the very best in retail therapy. Don’t forget your credit card and walking shoes, then venture to the “Golden Z” of Argyle Street, Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street for a chunk of shopping paradise.

Diverse culinary scene

From the city’s ‘foodie quarter’ Finnieston with it’s delicious blend of cool, quality and affordable eateries to Glasgow’s tantalising street food scene, to traditional pubs and haggis, Glasgow is the perfect place for a culinary treat. With so many venues full of Glaswegian charm you’ll be spoilt for choice but for a truly Scottish experience, be sure to visit one of the city's oldest bars and restaurants, Sloans.

Glasgow Botanic Gardens

Glasgow’s Botanic Gardens are perfect for a chilled walk or relaxing stop between shopping and sightseeing. Make sure you don’t miss Kibble Palace, the stunning greenhouse which features elegant marble statues circled by vibrant flowers, tropical palms and the National Collection of Tree Ferns.

The Riverside Museum and Tall Ship

When you visit the Riverside Museum you’re in for a visual delight - the building alone is one of the most contemporary buildings in Scotland and with the Clyde-built Tall Ship berthed alongside it, it’s certainly a sight to behold. Discover a huge variety of transport exhibits including vehicles, bikes and trains inside the museum or step aboard the Tall Ship for some nautical fun.

Tennent's Brewery

Tennent's to Glasgow is like Guinness to Dublin so a tour of the place it is created is an absolute must! Enter Wellpark Brewery and embark on a tour which focuses on the brand's love of Scottish football and proud musical heritage as well as absorbing over 450 years of history. And of course, the highlight is a wee sample at the end!
