Some prizes will require a minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for bookings. The validity of prizes varies and will be advised to the winner.

For voucher prizes, any unused balances are cash non-refundable.

In the event of a flight delay or cancellation, prize winner tickets are exempt from Flight Compensation Regulation EU261/04 (article 3.3)

There is no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary,  however, eligible entrants require a valid Facebook account to enter.

The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.

Blue Islands reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
